You may cancel an order before it is shipped. To cancel, contact us with your order number.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment made will be fully refunded.

Refunds

Refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. COD orders have no refund trigger unless cancelled before delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
